Today I'm sharing some more of my testers for the cactus flower color palette that I've recently found inspiration in 😃.
On the left are some Shelee bloom swipes, and on the right are some traditional Shelee blooms. The top ones had the paints layered with pinks then yellows then greens, and the bottom two are the reverse. NGL, that top right ornament started out much better, but I spun it too hard, and it went flying off my spinner 💀. Thankfully, it landed facedown but at an angle against the wall of the tub I spin my work in so I was able to salvage it. Sort of *crickets*.
Overall, I do like the results, but I don't love them. Since those bright pinks aren't showing up anywhere near enough I'm going to have to make some adjustments there 🤔. What to do. What to do...
